This notice explains how the current static website handles information.
Information entered in the enquiry form
The enquiry form operates in the visitor’s browser and opens the visitor’s email application. The website does not send the form to a website database and does not itself store the entered details.
Email, telephone and WhatsApp enquiries
When a visitor chooses to contact the firm by email, telephone or WhatsApp, the relevant service provider and the firm may process the information supplied for responding to the enquiry and, where applicable, considering an engagement.
Confidential information
PAN, Aadhaar, passwords, bank statements, tax returns and other confidential records should not be submitted through the website form or other unsecured channels. Appropriate arrangements may be agreed separately where records are required.
Browser preferences
The design studio can save colour, typography, spacing and corner-style preferences in the visitor’s browser using local storage. These preferences are not transmitted to the firm by this website.
External resources and links
The website links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email services and currently loads web fonts from Google. Those third parties apply their own privacy terms and may receive standard technical information when their services are used or loaded.
Analytics and advertising
This website does not include analytics code, advertising pixels, user accounts or a server-side enquiry database.
